Dealer has been stopped by the car perfect and it turned out to be an error of the daytime running lights

Recently again a Fiat Panda in succession, this time a 80 TwinAir turbo lounge with panoramic sunroof. The last was a 65 TwinAir Lounge, which I've had for over 2 years.

Why another Panda?
Previous liked good, see review. Panda looks timeless, relatively spacious, comfortable and good value made it became a Panda again. Also partly because I wanted a heavier and a turbo engine. In the A-segment turbo motors scarce.
The TwinAir Turbo has been compared to the turbo TwinAir free a relief. The turbo engine is very quiet, you almost do not hear that it is a second cylinder. The engine runs fine, no (excessive) vibration as the previous one. The last was a really restless and noisy block. Panda has enough power on board. Overtaking is now a piece of cake.
The Panda also features an eco mode that I use hardly.

The first tank in turn results in 1op17.3, measured at the pump. Not bad with a lot of short trips and try a lot. The onboard computer also gave 1op17,3 to, it seems to be accurate. The former took over 1op19.5 over more than 47000 km. This great result I expect with the turbo engine to pick up, although the turbo engine on paper is more economical than the previous one.

Are there any other differences?
Yes. The chairs seem better to sit and provide more lateral support.
Because these Panda has a panoramic sunroof, the head of rider and passenger are height adjustable poor, only two positions. For great people this is not ideal. Personally, I have this little bother as I do not lean against the support with my head.
The whole car looks quality just a little bit better than the last, no rattles, squeaks or creaks. Panda makes a very solid impression. According to the dealer continuously improved the Panda.
The engine also seems to be more rapidly to temperature than the previous one. Panda sends light but very direct, very finely so. Because Panda is a small car and has a short wheelbase, it is sometimes bouncy. Further, the driving characteristics are fine. Panda is not intended for solid cornering, this is it too comfortable.

Also looked at the competition, this fell off rapidly. These were compared with the Panda, at about the same specifications much more expensive, k 2 is no exception. Only the new Opel Karl came close, they offer great value for a very nice interior. Only Karl does not come with a turbocharged engine, the Panda will I still enjoyable eyes.
Panda I find a very underrated car. The Panda does (almost) no longer participate in comparison tests. pity.

The valuations for now based on the first few kilometers, and that I already know the Panda. Reliability for now put 3 stars because Panda has to prove yet.

Very pleased I am about the standard radio with 4 speakers and 2 tweeters. There is clear and pure sound from the radio.

The finish is very neat, no bare steel plate or large seams. Everything closes neatly with each other. The perception of quality is very high. If you make a door you know why no tinny metal like other A-segmenters.

Even at 120 km / h you can understand each other well in the car. The car seems to be well insulated.

The seats are a bit small for big people but offer sufficient support. Because my Panda has a panoramic sunroof, the belts are not height-adjustable. Pity.

Panda drives like a grown-up car, a good chassis, which is focused on comfort. Occasionally Panda's what bouncy. A threshold can take without problems.

This month the Panda 7 months old. There are now 18,000 km on the clock. Unfortunately, this has not gone entirely smoothly. Few months ago did not start the Panda and gave an error. Dealer has been stopped by the car perfect and it turned out to be an error of the daytime running lights. Error code is reset and the car started again.
More than a week later did not catch the car. The car had heard difficulty. Also, the car began to smell gasoline. Fiat assistance call which sent the ANWB. This car has been thoroughly investigated, no error codes came to light. ANWB advised to go directly to the dealer. Dealer said that the oil level was too low, which does not start the engine for safety reasons. 1.5 liter was replenished.

Reliability is going to be one star from.

Meanwhile, the Panda is already one year old. The kilometers are quickly gone, 29,000 kilometers.

I notice that the Panda is now well run in. The block is noticeably smoother. The consumption has dropped slightly. On average I drive 1op18, not bad for my spirited driving.
