OK. I drove only 700 km, but it is clear to me that the tests I've been pretty accordance read. The car is amazingly quiet. Hardly any wind noise, Automatic switch barely noticeable and the chassis is grandiose. Indeed very positive.
I come from two V70 and the choice for the A4 was primarily economic (20% addition) and a piece of car pleasure to speak. I wanted to take advantage of the last year 20% addition 25% so far I paid. Demand was Automatic, Diesel, Station, little power. All BMW 3 and A4 B9 remained. Both very nice cars finally chose this because I find it more beautiful.
I ordered the utra version with 106 g of CO2. However, I was informed that the implementation of these bands would come in handy in 2016. If I agreed would not necessarily cost a sports suspension placed these is 2 cm and less than 109 gCO2 seems to have enough for 20%. Well slackening seemingly.
I also have the apple carplay option. Navi and this system works very quickly. (what a difference with the V70, but well that system is obviously years old) is still some getting used to. Siri is quite willing but, I have many German contacts that are seemingly impossible to find whether my statement is lousy :-)
Have to say that the keypad of the v70 it was convenient. I know many song out of my head and that you type faster than you visited.
I see consumption decline. not the default values that will probably never be reached. is now an average of 6 l / 100km, 5.1 highway. But it will still be better. Have driven only 700 km.
Many AdBlue? (3,300 km)
As 3000 km driven Notification: Please allow at least 5,7L AdBlue. I was rather surprised. So called in first ever book, there's a 12l tank for this stuff (actually Urea, say strong urine :-) dissolved in water). and consumption would be 1-2.5% of the diesel consumed. The key question now is to deliver Audi forgot to fill the tank or the updated software now? According to Audi, I would about 10,000 km should be able to drive a tank. An acquaintance told me that is attached to truck 5% of diesel.
The AdBlue prices vary enormously. At Shell, I found 1,5l cans with special fill funnel VOO 10.95. At Esso, with rickety filling spout 10l for 17.95. The latter purchased. and carefully filled. Since I did not know how much use this carefully done. Was so obviously wrong that ran on the new paint. Immediately washed away with water. But the whole 10l therefore proceeded in!
Well I hope that Audi has forgotten to fill the tank, because if its really that high consumption is a serious cost. especially with the shell vials.
I keep an eye on it.
Furthermore creaks something in the interior, before Monday here at the dealership along. It's not very much, but because the car is so quiet thing is fast. Guess I would not have heard it in the Volvo. But it should not, of course.
Car drives really exquisite. We have been to them and through London, a truly delightful trip car.
Cracking remedied but come back (6,600 km)
It was still kraakje become creaky. After a long search, it appears to go into cover material from the A-pillar, at the transition to the headliner. Neatly solved and free A4 car loan note (previous edition, a significant difference with the new generation by the way.)
It is neatly solved, but now I got another message to PON come, apparently wants it otherwise resolved back. Little strange. So Monday back again.
adblue update / Audi Sound System / Apple carplay (12,000 km)
Well it so that the first time was not filled the tank. Now at 12,000 km had to be refilled 10l again so 9000 km on 10l (and about 1900 km ~ 2l) Can we live with.
Consumption is about 5.4 l / 100km, creaks definitively away happy.
Audi Sound System: Leave out "demolition" I saw the speaker, well well, if it is 15 - is worth a lot. and there 400, - for daring to ask. Disgraceful actually. Immediately but properly addressed. Is now a high-end set, put it by the friendly people of Schut Car Systems. Is even replace the entire wiring. Such a set can be completely adjusted to your liking, it sounds completely crazy now!
Apple Carplay: works only so-so. often the iPhone is not recognized, you must return to connection manager or the USB in and out plugs. Today talks navigates through while you're calling, sometimes does not want to begin the iTunes player when the radio schwitch. No. Not what I had expected.
Drive: still crazy. Last piece of Germany made 235 seen and string taut. as in "normal" speed 170-180 (heh in Germany!) very quiet and totally tight on the road. If speedometer would be in you would think you 120 runs or so. Very happy over all.
made for the Autobahn (22,000 km)
Just back from Italy. First really long journey (1150 km, 2x) Full packed. And what a fine car trip. I had actually expected some little pain, but nothing thereof.
And I've said it before, the rest in this car is really so relaxing. I used (= the V70) always got comments from ega and kids that I was driving too fast, they sat at the same speeds (170-180) reading a notebook time. With this car you really do not notice whether you drive 130 or 180. That is very very nice. Then the journalists do have commented that the control is insensitive, it Bends BMW 3 is really better, what the F * ck. I drive 180 kmh at 2200 rpm and hardly any wind noise. That's nice!
